Electrical inspection and panel clean.

Service cost for electrical inspection and panel clean starts from $160.00 which includes the first 6 panels*.  The following checks and tasks will be provided as part of your service:

*   Double storey homes will incur an extra $40 labour surcharge

**  For installations of more than 20 panels, additional cost is $5 per panel

Energy Monitoring System.

An Energy Monitoring System is a way of telling if your invertor is actually working on a day to day basis. Some inverters are installed where you won't necessarily see it every day to ensure it is operating. With the EMS, the receiver sits inside the house with an LCD screen which gives you real-time information.  It is a portable device that can be put anywhere in the house.

Supply and install of EMS is $230 on its own.  However, if the EMS is supplied

and installed at a time of service call, this will only cost you $140

- saving you $90.00.

• A comprehensive clean of your panels; removing dust, grit, residue, moss, bird droppings, and any other debris that could be affecting efficiency
• A detailed clean of your inverter, to minimise dust and other matter affecting the electrical components
• kW/h production tests of your system, to ensure it still meets expected energy outputs
• Shade impact monitoring and advice where necessary (trees or other)
• Inspection of the wiring integrity and wiring enclosures, ensuring that no damage has been caused by UV rays, heat, vermin or other forces
• Anti-islanding tests
• A test of all associated switches and circuit breakers to check that they are operational and all terminations are secure
• Inspection and maintenance of all safety warning labels
